About us

As we all know: “We are what we eat”, and agricultural practices determine the nutritional values of our food, and its impacts on health and climate. That is the reason, Malaysian people have thought it was time to gather under a collective of movers. They decided to engage to act together throughout the international non-profitable organization Bleu-Blanc-Coeur, and level up their impacts throughout concrete projects in Malaysia, identifiable by a label:

Biru-Putih-Hati *, promotes an agriculture and food model impacting positively soils, animals and humans!

To better understand us

Biru-Putih-Hati * is the local Malaysian movement, part of Bleu-Blanc-Coeur international* organization for a global impact.

Biru-Putih-Hati is a quality label issued from a sustainable agriculture and food model. It is the Malaysian representation of Bleu-Blanc-Cœur International, the first global leading “eating well” movement.

It all starts by observation…

In the 90’s, a French countryside breeder noted that, in spring, his cows were in better shape and the butter he was making with their milk was more tender and spreadable.

With other farmers, agronomists, and health care professionals, they conducted numerous research. These led to a first clinical trial proving that when animals receive a diverse and balanced feed, rich in omega 3 (grass, flax, alfalfa, …), people are better nourished too.

From this statement, a non-profit international organization called Bleu-Blanc-Coeur*, was created in 2000, to be collectively led by various stakeholders from field to fork.

Day by day, the organization grew and extended to become an important international player committed to nutrition and climate.
Among the years, its work has been recognized by many parties, including the United-Nations.

Today, Bleu-Blanc-Coeur:

  • Acts over 4 continents in almost 20 countries

  • Gathers over : 1300 member-companies worldwide,

    10 000 farmers and breeders,

A large supporting community of Health Care Professionals, scientists, chefs, consumers who believe in this project.

All involved members work towards a common goal: to build a healthy and sustainable agriculture and food sector that create added value for the different actors of the food chain.

Bleu-Blanc-Coeur is therefore presents in many countries to promote local agriculture and food for local eaters.
