Biru-Putih-Hati is a collective approach that recreates the relationship between farmers, their environment and Malaysian citizens who want to consume healthier, safer, more nutritious and sustainable food
Our findings
It must be said that the succession of crises experienced by the agricultural world (bovine spongiform encephalopathy, also known as mad cow disease, various scandals surrounding the manufacture of prepared meals, etc.) have caused a loss of consumer confidence, thus leaving the door open to misconceptions and concerns against bad food.
Regardless of the context of local agricultural production and its sustainability considerations, food is still too often a budget adjustment variable, while food devoted to health continues to increase every year.
At Biru Putih Hati, we want to rebuild this broken relationship between consumers and farmers. We want to contribute to create value in local areas to ensure food autonomy and offer market opportunities to local producers to enable them to live with dignity.

Biru-Putih-Hati and its members are committed to:
- Develop and contribute to upgrade Malaysian agriculture.
Biru-Putih-Hati is a quality approach that imposes on products that have its logo, a national origin.
Production of Biru-Putih-Hati in neighboring countries is only accepted, with the written permission of the board of directors, when the country’s production is still insufficient. - Redistribute some of the added value to the farmers involved in the movement. Since its inception, Biru-Putih-Hati has always maintained the principle of sharing added value with its producer members, a true pillar of the approach, to increase their efforts and commitment towards better production methods.
- Offer products affordable to all and strengthening relationships with consumers. Since good nutrition should not be reserved for only one part of the community, Biru-Putih-Hati works on the development of different food sectors, with the aim of limiting additional costs as much as possible, so that Biru-Putih-Hati products are accessible and affordable to all.

Biru-Putih-Hati has also created a community to bring together all users, professionals in nutrition and health, who, as individuals, are confident in our approach and use Biru-Putih-Hati products.
This committed community, sharing common values, aims to strengthen the actions of our members who produce, process and distribute Biru-Putih-Hati products, by empowering the movement and bringing loud and clear the organization’s values and commitments.
Community members register voluntarily. Registration in the community is also free and without obligation to buy or act.
